Chad has been involved in fitness for 10 years. He saw the benefit of fitness during his time at university. Bad diet and lack of activity led to being overweight and sluggish. He began to see the change in his own body and mind after changing his lifestyle. He received a CSCS from NSCA in 2005. He previously worked as a process technician in research and development in manufacturing processes.
This has led him to a very practical approach to fitness. Just because something is popular or “in” doesn’t mean it works or has much effect. If something offers little value to a fitness program we throw it out.
Chad is the owner and the one you will be working with.
He will be right there with you.
As someone who has competed in regional powerlifting competitions he understands how to make the body stronger. Since moving to Thailand his interest has broadened to various forms of exercise including circuit training with bodyweight, bicycling, Indian club swinging, and weighted barrel exercises. He has a strong desire to help others to achieve their fitness goals. This is has driven him to become a Fitness Retreat Program Designer to help design holistic programs to help people to get started on a healthy lifestyle.

Marco Van Dolder -Aqua Aerobics, Paddle board, and Pilates Instructor
Marco Van Dolder is a fitness enthusiast and athlete. He comes from a line of athletes with his mother holding a world record in swimming. Marco has played for the Holland national team in water polo and trains in the Indonesian martial art, Pencak Silat.
He has a good nature with a sunny disposition. You will enjoy your time with him. He is our aqua aerobics and paddle board instructor.
He is a personal trainer on Koh Samui and owner of Samui Fit.
Joseph is the owner of SAMUI BICYCLE . He will escort riders with seasoned mountain bikers who know Samui culture and understand its ecosystem.
He is part of the fitness holiday team because he is courteous and helpful, for years he has offered the best products and service to his customers with good prices. Walk in and ride away with SAMUI BICYCLE.
His fleet of bicycles are constantly being upgraded to provide the best experience.
The Spa Resort

Lamai Muay Thai Camp
Your Mauy Thai training will be at Lamai Muay Thai gym. It is one of the fist foreign owned Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. It is ran under the World Muay Thai Council, the sole governing body for Muay Thai.
|Billy Orr is the owner of Lamai Fitness where our strength training sessions are held. He has worked on The Biggest Loser Asia and The Challenger Muay Thai TV Show. He specialized in weight loss and strength training.||Monty Crooke is a full time fitness drill instructor. He is a grade 3 qualified nutritionist and YMCA certified. He specializes in circuit training, muscle gain, weight loss, and nutritional programs.|

Pilates and Aqua Aerobics Instructor
Sarah Kramer is a Pilates, Aqua aerobics, and S.U.P. instructor. She has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years. She brings energy and a passion for health in all her sessions. She is certified by American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Group Exercise Trained. She is involved with all kinds of fitness training. Some of these include Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cardiovascular Circuits, Strength Training, Zumba Latin Dance, Kick-Boxing, Stability Ball and even Senior Chair Fitness!
Even if you are just starting out in fitness she is able to explain the material and still keep up the energy and pace to help you. She is also an avid fire dance performer. Don’t worry that’s not part of the program.
is a freelance yoga teacher and personal trainer.
She is a certified 200 hour level yoga training teacher and have also a 50 hour advanced yoga practitioner certificate. She has more than 3 years experience as a yoga teacher and personal trainer. Aura is another one of our pilates and aqua aerobics trainers.
San Bao, originally from Germany, has made the tropical island paradise of Koh Samui, located in the Gulf of Thailand, his home since 2002. San Bao teaches Qi gong which is an internal Chinese form healing. Qi gong is practiced to promote health, and enhance vitality.
Koh Samui Tennis Club, where our tennis lessons are provided, has 2 full size professionally built hard courts built by a world renowned American company that provides the surface for the Australian and US Open courts. Basically it is what the Pros use.
When we get the chance we like to include a bit of tennis in our program. Our tennis instructors come from the Koh Samui Tennis Club.
