What if I Don’t Want to Lose Weight?

Looking for a fitness or toning holiday but don’t care about losing weight? Fitness Holiday Asia’s program will work for you, too. You can eat as much or as little as you want of the delicious food on offer, but you will be responsible for the cost of any extra dishes.

What’s in Fitness Holiday Asia’s All-Inclusive Package?

Included in your island boot camp package are:

  • 7 nights accommodation
  • Pickup and return at Ko Samui Airport
  • 3 meals a day plus snacks
  • 4 or more hours of exercise classes and activities a day
  • 3 half-hour follow-up Skype (or other online provider) sessions
  • All equipment needed (ie. rentals, gym and trainer fees)
What if I Don’t Like Water But Want to Join?

Not into certain activities? Want to skip one class but still want to join our fitness holidays? No problem, using the same basic methodology as crossfit style trainers, we offer a wide variety of fitness and fat burning classes and activities. Tell us at the beginning of the week that you don’t want a certain activity, and we’ll arrange your schedule accordingly.

Hey, Exercise is Great But What Will I Eat On The Program?

We cater to everyone: vegans, vegetarians and confirmed carnivores. At Fitness Holiday Asia, you’ll always find healthy food you enjoy. We combine exercise with tasty, delicious, and healthy western and Thai dishes.

What Do I Do At Home After My Holiday?

We support you even after you’re gone, providing you with take-home materials and exercise links. We also provide three follow-up Skype sessions once you’ve left the camp, at approximately 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and one month after you’ve finished. These follow-up Skype sessions provide you technical and personal support so you continue your fitness and weight loss success at home.

Making sure you’re comfortable and successful losing weight and getting fit is our only goal.

What if I’m Bored by Exercise?

We want you to have lots of fun, and our classes take place on the beach, in the hills, and in national parks.

You’ll see waterfalls, temples, water buffalo and occasionally monkeys. Fantastic sea life surrounds the island and you can take it all in if you choose to snorkel following your stay with us. We also integrate learning about the culture of Thailand, overall fitness and nutrition into the program.
