Chad Jones – Fitness Retreat Program Designer and Personal trainer

Chad has been involved in fitness for 10 years. He first saw the benefit of fitness during his time at university, when bad diet and a lack of activity led to being overweight and sluggish. Chad saw the change in his body and mind after changing his lifestyle and went on to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist 2005.

As someone who has competed in regional powerlifting competitions Chad understands how to make the body stronger and he has a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. This is has driven him to design holistic programs for Fitness Holiday Asia to help people start a healthy lifestyle.
