Activities will include circuit training on the beach, cycling, Mauy Thai Boxing, hiking, weightlifting, pilates, with various active rest activities to break things up.
You will get a chance to see how your fitness level has improved over the course with a fitness assessment at the beginning and at the end of your fitness holiday. This will give you tangible results that you can take home with you.
