In our last post we saw the benefits of doing weights before our cardio exercise in our workouts. Now let’s look at cardio before weights benefits: I was only able to find one study done regarding cardio before weights benefits. It only included 10 people and according to them they burned more calories after their exercise session (EPOC) if they did their cardio before strength training.
